Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to anyone booking or attending a Mama Yoga Liverpool course or one-off event, including our mum and baby yoga course and the Christmas Special. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Booking
Places are booked online and confirmed by email once your payment has been received. Places on each course and event are limited, as classes are kept intentionally small, and online booking closes as soon as a date is full.
Payment
The 6-week mum and baby yoga course is £60 per person, covering all 6 sessions. One-off events are priced separately and the price is always shown with the date when you book. The Christmas Special on Wednesday 16 December 2026 is £20 per person.
Payment is taken online by card at the time you book, through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and we never see or store them.
Cancellations by you
As spaces on each course are limited, we're unfortunately unable to offer refunds for individual classes you miss. If you do miss any classes, you can simply continue with the course when you're able to.
Places on one-off events, such as the Christmas Special, are non-refundable, as we are holding a space we cannot usually fill again at short notice. You are very welcome to pass your place on to someone else instead; just let us know their name beforehand so we know who to expect.
Cancellations by us
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, for example due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule or refund the session.
Health & wellbeing
Postnatal yoga is a gentle wellbeing activity and is not a substitute for medical advice. Mums should be at least 6 weeks postnatal and cleared by their doctor to return to exercise before attending, and are responsible for ensuring they and their baby are fit to attend. Please speak to your GP or midwife if you have any health concerns before joining. When you book, you will be asked to confirm that this applies to you.
